¾ cup almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp almond extract
6 eggs
½ tbsp erythritol
A pinch of salt
½ cup olive oil

Preheat your Air Fryer to 325°F. In a bowl, mix the coconut flour with baking powder. Set aside. In a second bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, erythritol, and a pinch of salt. Put in the dry ingredients and stir. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and place in the air fryer and cook for 35 minutes.
