1 cup butter
2 tbsp peanut butter
¼ cup xylitol
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
6 egg yolks
3 cups almond flour
¼ tsp salt
1 egg, beaten

Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F. With an electric mixer, blitz the butter, peanut butter and xylitol until fluffy. Add in vanilla and egg yolks. Pour the mixture into a pan. Transfer to the fridge and let chill for 15 minutes. Brush the mixture with beaten eggs and place in the fryer basket. Cook for 35 minutes.
