¾ cup pork rinds, crushed
4 halibut fillets
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
¼ cup fresh chives, chopped
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest
Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F.

In a large bowl, mix the pork rinds, the parsley, the dill, the chives, the olive oil, the lemon zest, the sea salt, and black pepper. Rinse the halibut fillets and dry them on a paper towel. Arrange the halibut fillets on a baking sheet.

Spoon the rinds on the fish. Lightly press the crumb mixture on the fillet. Cook the fillets in a preheated Air Fryer’s basket for 30 minutes.
